🎮 Gamify Rural Youth Work!

Training Course Armenia

🌍 We are looking for the 6 youth workers who will take part in our project!

This journey begins with a training course in Armenia, Tsakhadzor. Following the training, participants will be involved in local actions, including 12 meetings with young people (more information in the infopack). Additionally, 2 out of 6 youth workers will be eligible to take part in the Youth Exchange in Georgia, Bakuriani from 1-10 November 2026.

📅 Date: 10th - 19th May 2026
📍 Location: Armenia, Tsakhadzor

Who are we looking for?

  • Age Requirement: Minimum 19 years old.
  • Professional Background: Actively engaged in youth work in rural areas (volunteer or professional). Basic knowledge of non-formal education (NFE) is welcomed.
  • Affiliation: Member of one of the partner organisations or an affiliated rural youth initiative.
  • Experience Level: Prior experience in gamification/digital engagement is not required, but eagerness to learn is a must.
  • Motivation: Strong interest in rural youth development, NFE, and gamification.
  • Commitment: Available for all project phases (training, international mobility, local grassroots activities, dissemination).

💸 All costs are covered by the project: meals (3x/day), coffee breaks (2x/day), accommodation, and transportation (including local).

📄 Participants will receive the YouthPass certificate upon completion of the training course.
